Senior Project Manager - Project Director

The client is a notable developer in the Kingdom with a multi-functional team. With a massive heritage and cultural centric project, the team is looking to further grow and effectively deliver Luxury Residential, Grade A Commercial Buildings, Ultra-Luxury Hospitality, and high-street Retail projects.The shortlisted individual would be looking at a site-based role, managing the consultants and contractors to oversee project delivery of a mixed-use portfolio.Lead the planning and implementation of construction projects.Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.Track project milestones and deliverables, and provide regular reports on progress.Ensure project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.A successful candidate would have the following: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.A strong background in delivery Vertical assets / Buildings with the ability to challenge Consultants and Contractors to ensure the project's quality is maintained, time line is aligned and budgets are adhered to.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital. #J-18808-Ljbffr
