Are you ready to make an impact?Role Overview The Transaction Services team provides forward-looking insights into the European and global transactions market. We support buyers and sellers with comprehensive financial due diligence and value-added advice across various industries.Key Responsibilities Analyze and model financial performance of acquisition targets (past and projected)Lead delivery of specific due diligence sections (e.g., working capital, net debt, historical data), reporting to Senior Consultants or Directors/MDs Develop and analyze diverse data sets for inclusion in data books, ensuring accuracy and completeness Draft relevant report sections based on your analysis Assist in business development through pipeline and pitch document preparation Communicate effectively with team members and clients Build internal and external professional relationships Professional Growth We invest in your development through leadership programs, on-the-job learning, courses, and certifications.
