The Role Our Business department has transformed student outcomes and inspired a love of learning. We are seeking an innovative BTEC & MYP Business Teacher to join from August 2025. Skills The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in effective teaching and helping students succeed. Experience with IB Middle Years and Diploma programmes is preferred, but teachers from other curricula are encouraged to apply. Alignment with IB philosophy and the Learner Profile is essential. A passion for working in a diverse community is also required. Candidates should possess: A Bachelor of Education or a relevant degree with a teaching qualification such as PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent in Business Advanced qualifications are a plus At least 3 years of teaching Upper High School/Secondary Business, preferably in an IB environment Understanding of IB DP framework and Approaches to Teaching is preferred A desire to continually improve teaching practice Educational philosophy aligned with IB values Availability from August 2025 Your Package and Benefits We offer a competitive tax-free salary, furnished accommodation, medical and life insurance, work permit, annual flight, tuition fee concessions, and other benefits.
