Specialist - Employee Development Section Join to apply for the Specialist - Employee Development Section role at Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority.This role involves supporting the implementation of Talent Management strategies, including training needs analysis, professional development programs, training delivery, succession and career planning, and employee performance management, aligned with global best practices to support ADAA’s objectives.Key Responsibilities Strategy and Planning Assist in developing and updating policies, procedures, manuals, delegation of authority, and standard forms, ensuring alignment with ADAA policies.Support the development and implementation of strategic, budget, procurement, and operational plans aligned with ADAA’s mission and vision.Ensure achievement of individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Operational Responsibilities Talent Management Strategy: Assist in implementing talent management initiatives focusing on workforce capabilities, skills, competencies, learning and development, assessment, performance review, succession planning, and talent mobility.Learning and Development: Support the creation and execution of annual training plans, organize training sessions, conduct needs analysis, manage data entry in LMS, and monitor employee progress and feedback.Performance Management: Assist in planning and executing performance management cycles, ensuring completion of required trainings and certifications, and maintaining current role-related information.Corporate and General Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with policies, prepare professional correspondence, manage records, support ADAA’s values and ethics, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field3-5 years of relevant experience Additional Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Other Industry: Government Administration #J-18808-Ljbffr
