Finance Manager

As Alain Pharmacy Group is going into a new phase of developing the business, focusing on improving the internal management systems, we are looking to hire a Finance Leader who will be responsible for developing the finance system. This role will focus on administrative accounting and business support by helping the business understand cost elements, cost accounting, financial analysis, and quantifying the cost benefits of improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities: Action Oriented Problem-solving Coaching Integrity Ownership & Commitment Teamwork and managing teams Planning and execution excellence Minimum Requirements: 2 years of experience as a finance manager in a retail business Professional certification (MBA in Finance from a reputed university or fully qualified - CPA, ACCA, CMA, CIMA, or CA)Certification in Data analysis, Data mining, etc. will be an added advantage Expert MS Excel and Power BI knowledge; prior work experience in Microsoft Dynamics is considered an added advantage A valid UAE Driving License is essential #J-18808-Ljbffr
