IT Manager

Preferred candidates from Retail FMCG Background.Responsibilities: Minimum experience in FMCG retail 7-8 years.Manage overall IT Dept. and report to Head of IT Dept.Discover new technologies from the market and identify innovative technologies that can be helpful to the business and apply them.Plan, organize, direct, control & evaluate the operations of IT Dept.Manage and maintain the DATA (SQL) servers.Maintain proper VPN connectivity across the branches within the country.Maintain ERP and ensure it is error-free.Manage all contracts between service providers and suppliers.Maintain software licenses.Ensure servers and network are maintained to minimize downtime.Maintain proper data backup of servers to overcome any data disasters.Coordinate with other departments/managers to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs & timelines.Develop staff and provide training.Oversee software migration/ERP migration.Stay up to date with the latest technologies.Manage crisis situations involving complex technical hardware or software problems.Ensure the security of data from internal and external attacks.Schedule upgrades and security backups of hardware and software systems.Evaluate user needs and system functionality to ensure that provided facilities meet these needs.Identify and provide standards for gathering information for trend analysis and report information to company management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
