Bachelor of Business Administration (Management) Nationality: Any Nationality Vacancy: 1 Vacancy Job Description Job Location: United Arab Emirates Experience: 5 to 12 years Job Function: Sales / Retail / Corporate / Business Development Skillset: Business development/sales in switchgear or electrical products Preferred Jobseekers: Jobseekers from any GCC country Switchgear Factory (UAE/GCC Market) Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Industry: Electrical Equipment / LV-MV-HV Switchgear Manufacturing Candidates should have a strong technical background in switchgear systems (LV, MV, HV) with proven sales and business development experience in the UAE and GCC. Prior experience with switchgear manufacturers, EPC contractors, or electrical distribution companies is preferred, with the ability to drive revenue across utilities, oil & gas, construction, and industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities: Market Strategy & Sales Growth: Execute strategic business plans across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Oman. Promote LV/MV/HV switchgear, panel boards, RMUs, ATS, and electrical products. Achieve sales targets and manage a sales pipeline. Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with EPCs, consultants, utilities (e.g., DEWA, ADNOC, SEWA). Deliver technical presentations and attend trade events such as Middle East Energy, ADIPEC, and BIG 5. Technical Sales & Tender Management: Interpret tender specifications and technical requirements (IEC, ANSI, BS). Coordinate with engineering and production teams for custom solutions. Competitor Analysis & Pricing Strategy: Monitor competitors, suggest pricing strategies, and maintain profitability. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory); MBA is a plus. 5+ years in business development/sales in switchgear or electrical products within the GCC. Strong network with EPCs, utilities, and industrial clients. Technical knowledge of switchgear, protection systems, and distribution networks. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus. Willing to travel across GCC.
