This is a government organisation exploring a broad range of new strategic initiatives for Abu Dhabi to create a lasting impact.Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy, aligning compensation, benefits, and incentives with organisation's goals and industry best practices.Lead compensation benchmarking and job evaluation processes, ensuring competitive salary structures and equitable pay across the organisation.Design and optimise executive compensation packages, including long-term incentives, and performance-based rewards.Oversee benefits programs (healthcare, retirement, wellness, and other perks), ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with employee needs.Drive workforce planning and talent retention initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance engagement and reward strategies.Advise senior leadership and HR teams on market trends, compliance, and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.Lead digital transformation efforts in the HR rewards space, optimising technology solutions for compensation planning and analytics At least 15 years of HR Rewards experience, with a strong background in total rewards, compensation strategy, and benefits management.Experience working in large scale and/or complex organisations, with a track record of driving large-scale compensation and benefits strategies.Strategic leadership experience, with the ability to align rewards programs with long-term business objectives.Expertise in executive compensation, including knowledge of long-term incentives, and regulatory frameworks.Proven ability to analyse market trends and compensation data, providing insights to drive competitive and fair rewards strategies.Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills, with experience engaging senior leadership and HR teams.Advanced knowledge of compensation tools, HR analytics, and digital transformation in HR rewards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
