Job Brief / Purpose * Experience in HVAC Duct is mandatory * The role involves growing Spiralite’s sales revenue in the selected key accounts, establishing networks with developers, architects, MEP consultants, and contractors to position Spiralite as a preferred HVAC industry provider in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Achieve revenue targets and business objectives for the assigned territory. Generate sales leads, engage with customers directly, and close deals. Promote Spiralite to industry professionals such as developers, architects, MEP consultants, and contractors. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders involved in decision-making. Keep CRM data updated, report on sales progress, and monitor market developments. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of experience in technical capital sales within the construction industry. Must have knowledge of the HVAC market. Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously. Excellent rapport-building and credibility skills based on trust and delivery. Decisiveness in handling complex and conflicting demands. Tactful, diplomatic, and calm under pressure. Collaborative, creative, and network-oriented approach. Effective communication skills in English; Arabic is preferred. Proficiency in CRM systems and data management. Technical aptitude to support customer queries and product selection. Education & Training Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory. Professional sales training (e.g., SPIN, Strategic Selling) is advantageous.
