Job Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow.Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency.Collaborate with other departments to streamline overall business operations.Train and mentor staff to maintain high performance standards.Resolve operational issues and address client concerns promptly.Qualifications: Proven experience as an operations Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with labor supply operations is a plus.Salary and Benefits: AED 5,000/- per month based on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
