Logistics Manager

Required highly qualified Logistic Manager Roles and Responsibilities: Manage the overall logistics operations.Prepare the schedule of supply chain & raw materials delivery as per project requirements.Coordinate with clients for materials collection & dealing with different client’s warehouses.Coordinate with clients for materials RN (Return Note) New & Dismantled.Manage client inventory & provide the details to clients/project team.Coordinate with all suppliers for goods receiving & schedule pickups and drivers.Proper checking of all goods as per LPO & invoice.Check the purchased materials' quality & brand.Support procurement & provide goods specifications, quality & actual description as per project requirements before preparing the LPO.Check goods rates & availability as per quotation.Coordinate with suppliers for assets & tools repairing.Coordinate with all project management for daily materials movement.Plan & assign logistics trucks on a daily basis & coordinate with drivers.Manage multiple warehouses in different regions.Maintain proper check and balance of stock inventory on a weekly and daily basis.Conduct monthly physical stock checks.Check the inventories file of all warehouses using SAP.Manage the company's assets inventory.Ensure staff clearance from stores.Provide inventory reports to finance & project department.Be responsible for all assets & tools.Skills and Qualifications: Experience working with SAP.Master's degree/certification in Supply Chain Management.At least 3 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Demonstrated vendor management experience in warehousing and transportation across inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics.Strong oral and written communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
