We seek a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist fluent in Russian and English to manage client billing, collections, and financial records, ensuring the company's cash flow and financial health.Main Responsibilities: Generate and issue accurate invoices timely.Process credit card payments and prepare bank deposits.Maintain and update client accounts, ensuring correct payments.Monitor accounts for irregularities and overdue payments.Develop recovery and collection strategies.Communicate with clients to resolve issues.Prepare AR reports: aging, reconciliations, cash collections.Reconcile AR balances with the General Ledger monthly.Maintain organized financial records.Review AR aging for timely follow-up.Investigate payment discrepancies and apply collection measures.Supervise AR activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Review collection policies and propose improvements.Support audits with documentation.Perform billing, collection, and reporting tasks per deadlines.Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written).2-3 years of AR experience, preferably in DMC or tourism sector.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Experience with billing, collections, reconciliation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic NAV is a plus.Attention to detail, strong communication skills, ability to manage priorities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
