About the job: F&B Service Experts - Waiter / Waitress - RAKWork location: Home Bakery Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra Mall.Job Description This position plays a crucial role by delivering a positive dining experience to guests and providing excellent customer service in the restaurant.Responsibilities Ensure guests have a positive dining experience by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and attending to customer needs.Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed.Follow the steps of service and all SOPs as per the mini manual booklet.Prepare and serve food & beverages as per company standards.Upsell products and promote special items to customers.Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the waiter station, packaging materials, and storage areas.Handle customer rejection/complaints in an open and efficient manner.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.Manage revenues: issue receipts, accept payments, and return change.Clean tables or counters after customers have finished dining, and maintain a clean work surface behind counters.Coordinate with trainees, kitchen staff, and barista staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of customers and colleagues.Adhere to the company grooming standards.Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.Experience Minimum 2 years' experience in the hospitality/restaurant industry in the UAE.Our Culture At Home Bakery, we believe in taking care — of our products, our people, and our relationships.
