Senior Associate Procurement
Description
What you'll be doing You will be responsible for sourcing fit-out materials and services based on stakeholder requests, raising purchase orders, providing information on estimated/actual landed costs, and maintaining prices in the system. Additionally, you will coordinate the supplier registration process and follow up on supplier invoices. Core Responsibilities Organizational: Follow all relevant procurement policies, processes, and SOPs to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Operational: Implement activities with minimal supervision and escalate complex issues to Procurement Managers and Head of Procurement. Conduct sourcing events for low-value routine goods and services (tail spend) upon approved stakeholder requests. Process all service requests and purchase orders in the system for non-merchandise categories - fit-out. Maintain up-to-date purchase orders, follow up on open orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods/services. Validate local data from item master data files sent by MDM and provide information for itemcreation for local purchases. Conduct stakeholder training on the use of n MPO systems and procurement processes. Support Category Managers with supplier authorization processes and framework contracts. Verify delivered items and amounts, store materials, and upload supplier invoices into the system. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering principles. At least 4 years of experience as a Procurement Engineer managing the full procurement cycle for the fit-out category. Excellent communication skills.
