Senior Portfolio Solution Engineer

We are looking for a NICE Portfolio Sales Engineer to lead the technical sales process, focusing on solutions development across NICE's portfolio through discovery, validation, and demonstration. The ideal candidate can articulate NICE solutions' value to both business and technical audiences.The role requires expertise in NICE’s cross-platform messaging, call centre operations, telephony, and cloud computing. The candidate should be a self-motivated storyteller with a proven track record in software sales and a strong technical background, capable of solution selling and creative problem-solving.Key responsibilities include: Delivering tailored demonstrations aligning with customer challenges Identifying and managing functional and technical requirements Influencing clients on solution benefits and handling RFIs/RFPs Leading technical aspects of sales and proof of concepts Collaborating with account teams and providing product feedback Requirements: Exceptional presentation and demo skills Experience in customizing demos and achieving strategic deals Strong communication skills across all levels Technical aptitude with knowledge of contact centre technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google), and virtualization Experience in vertical markets like banking, insurance, telecom, healthcare, travel This role reports to the Vice President, Solutions Engineering, and is an individual contributor within the IT - Software Services industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
