Description
As an office administrator in Skyloov Property Portal, the ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. From scheduling client meetings to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.Responsibilities Handling the CRM and monitoring the sales, renewals, contracts and clients accounts.Assisting client's requests and enquiries properly.Compile, organize and accurately finalize documents for office records.Create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel and report to the Managing Director.Produce reports, presentations and briefs.Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally.Provide office guests with a hospitable experience.Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities.Interact with IT, phone and building personnel as needed.Requirements: The candidate is expected to have the following competencies: Expert with all MS Office suite applications.Capable of managing multiple tasks.Good English communication skills, smart and presentable.Provides general office and operational support.Eager to learn.Well informed of all related online property advertisement.Adhere to RERA rules and regulations.Working within strict deadlines.Organizational skills.Has experience in Salesforce CRM (Preferable). #J-18808-Ljbffr
