Executive - Packaging Personal Care

Job Description Summary Executive - Packaging (Personal Care) will bring necessary skills and expertise to develop relevant packaging and processes for personal care product innovations. Responsibilities include delivering projects on time and within cost targets (OTIF), supporting trials and analysis, and contributing to planning and execution of tests and measurements. The role requires strong teamwork and interpersonal skills for faster project delivery.Location To be specified Roles & Responsibilities Packaging Development and Project Management Support need-based packaging development for projects, ensuring timely follow-up, coordination, and communication based on supervisor guidance and personal experience. Key materials include HDPE, PET, PP, pumps, caps, labels, and cartons.Support project trials, analyze results, and prepare technical reports and communications.Handle label projects and product development as per customer requirements.Plan and execute trials, tests, and measurement activities within projects.Value Engineering and EPDSupport scope-based packaging development through value engineering and specification upgrades.Coordinate and arrange packaging materials for trials.Conduct evaluations on developed packaging.Maintain lab and instruments with timely calibrations.Document experimental results systematically.KPIs OTIF packaging development and technical deliveries Successful product launches Process improvements and efficiency Support plant quality for packaging consistency Introduction of new technologies and sustainability initiatives For Value Engineering and EPD: Deliver value engineering projects on time to contribute to business savings Ensure timely delivery of EPD as per stakeholder timelines Evaluate products against benchmarks Maintain technical attributes of packaging materials Proper handling and documentation of lab instruments Minimum Qualifications & Experience4-7 years of experience in Personal and Home Care categories Experience in packaging development for PC and Home Care, with knowledge of HDPE, PET, jars, pumps Diploma or Degree in Packaging (mandatory)Skills & Competencies Customer centricity, ownership, and result orientation Planning and decision-making skills Knowledge of premix management and process excellence Project management and team management abilities Employment Type Full Time Industry Perfumery Toiletries Personal Care Cosmetics Departments Production Manufacturing Keywords Packaging Development Executive Rigid & Flexible Packaging Mold Design Cost Management #J-18808-Ljbffr
