Strategic Role Act as a single point of contact for the Tax Service Provider (TSP) ecosystem within the organization. Identify and ensure alignment with policies and compliance to be followed by Tax Service Providers. Prepare affected business areas for transition to new ways of working due to changes in tax policies and procedures. Operational Roles Design and implement policies, standards, and compliance measures for TSP. Lead TSP engagement, joining, and removal processes, including related administrative and policy functions. Maintain the Tax Service Provider database and manage relationships with TSPs. Collaborate with solution architecture team to create frameworks for TSP engagement. Lead accreditation of software solutions provided by the organization, including their management and governance. Minimum Work Experience 12+ years of large IT project management experience. Experience managing large application projects in the Gulf regions. Preferred Qualifications 6+ years of managerial experience. Experience in Tax Systems Management. Experience in Business Processes and Operating Models. Experience in Analytics Design. Experience working in Tax Systems implementation domain. Specialized Competencies Expertise in Tax Systems Management. Knowledge of Business Processes and Operating Models. Proficiency in Analytics Design. Experience in Tax Systems implementation domain.
