Real Estate Agent (English and German, or Russian speaking)- Abu Dhabi, UAE Job Openings Real Estate Agent (English and German, or Russian speaking)- Abu Dhabi, UAE About the job Real Estate Agent (English and German, or Russian speaking)- Abu Dhabi, UAEFor our Abu Dhabi client, a full-service real estate firm covering property management, property evaluation, and facilities management, with a current portfolio of more than 1,500 units in the commercial, industrial, retail, and residential sectors, we are looking for: Real Estate Agent (English and German, or Russian speaking)- Abu Dhabi, UAEAnswering queries, booking appointments, and following up on potential leads. In addition to this, you will be assisting Real Estate Consultant at open houses and showings.Responsible for maintaining a database of clients and updating it on a regular basis. Besides, you should be able to get the necessary property details and update property listings. Apart from this, you should also maintain property files and be in the know-how of the closing processes.Package: Salary + Commission Up to 50%Responsibilities Addressing client queries and scheduling appointments Making follow-up calls Scheduling meetings between the buyer and seller Assisting in preparing real estate documents and forms Coordinating showings and open houses Maintaining electronic and print records of properties Preparing, posting, and updating property listings Maintaining and managing a database of clients Assisting with negotiations and closing processes Performing clerical duties when required Helping with the preparation of listing agreements and other legal documents Collecting signed copy of the agreements from clients Creating and distributing real estate brochures and other marketing materials Handling online and offline property listings and advertisements Taking photos of the properties under construction or repairs to determine the progress Putting up signboards on the property Gathering necessary information about properties for sale Collecting mortgage payments Assisting clients to look for properties based on their needs and financial standing Acting as an intermediary during negotiations and property dealings Job Requirements Requirements Degree in the same or relevant field1+ years of experience in the Real Estate industry or in sales Knowledge of real estate industry trends and best practices (not mandatory, but considered as advantage)Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work collaboratively and independently Good analytical and research skills Basic computer skills Customer-centric and detail-oriented individual Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract Salary: From AED3,500.00 per month Commission Up to 50% #J-18808-Ljbffr
