The role involves developing client portfolios, driving sales, and providing technical support to enhance our clients’ brand image and customer experience in the region.Key Responsibilities Sales and Business Development Manage client relationships in the Middle East, including communication and project support.Assist in sales proposals, pricing, and standards communication.Coordinate with Customer Care to ensure client satisfaction and retention.Collaborate across departments for successful product trials, launches, and performance.Act as liaison for internal and external communications.Maintain ongoing client relationships through regular contact.Technical Support and Product Expertise Develop comprehensive knowledge of Scent Air’s products and technologies.Guide clients on product selection, installation, and maintenance.Work with technical teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth installations.Provide on-site demonstrations and training on product usage and maintenance.Ensure frequent and effective reporting and communication.Qualifications, Education, and Experience Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years related experience, or equivalent.5-7 years in technical sales or business development, specifically in the Middle East.Strong B2B sales experience.Ability to understand and support technical product aspects.Problem-solving skills for prompt practical solutions.Understanding of Middle East business practices and cultural nuances.Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.Additional Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Business Development and Sales Industry: Advertising Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
