Job Description VAM Systems is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company.VAM Systems is currently looking for a Solution System Integrator Expert for our UAE operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions: Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Competencies Qualifications: Master in Business Administration (MBA)Experience: Minimum 12-15 Years of Experience in Telecom Domain Skills: Comprehensive expertise across the Telco-IT full stack landscape (Digital, BSS, OSS, ESS) and digital ecosystem (e.g. self-service, self-care and e-commerce)Experience with agile delivery, Dev Ops and microservices and certified either in Prince 2/PMPPossesses strong leadership traits and is able to negotiate and influence business alignment with the IT technology strategy Solid business acumen, a structured analytical thinker and Jira/Confluence expert Strong relationship management skills, high degree of cultural intelligence (CQ) and strong influencing techniques Competencies: Think strategically Achieve tangible results Lead breakthrough change Exceed customer expectations Nurture, Inspire and Motivate Target win-win outcomes Accountabilities Defining ways of working, deliverables, dependencies management and ensuring that they are clearly communicated to team members and stakeholders Developing plans that outline project timelines, resource requirements, and budgets Identifying risks and developing strategies to mitigate them Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members and monitoring their progress Ensuring that project milestones are met on time Monitoring Design phase progress and identifying areas where adjustments may be needed to keep the project on track Communicating project updates and progress to team members and stakeholders, and ensuring that they are informed of any changes to project timelines or deliverables Working with internal and external teams (vendors) for effective unblocking of issues and managing interdependencies Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to ensure that their needs and expectations are met Working on Jira/Confluence to ensure proper tracking and reporting of deliverables Conducting post-release evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure that lessons learned are applied to future releases Terms and Conditions Joining time frame: (15 – 30 days)The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems – UAE and shall be deputed to one of the Organizations in UAE.Should you be interested in this opportunity, please send your latest resume in MS Word format at the earliest to (Confidential Information) #J-18808-Ljbffr
