Job Description The candidate should have lived in Switzerland or Liechtenstein for at least three years and possess basic knowledge of real estate trading, as well as the local customs and traditions. Responsibilities include looking after our interests on site, verifying documents from cooperation partners or sellers for accuracy, translating documents into English if necessary, and assisting clients by picking them up from the airport or hotel and visiting properties together. Requirements Residence in Switzerland or Liechtenstein for at least three years Basic knowledge of real estate trading Understanding of local customs and traditions Language skills: English and German; knowledge of additional languages is a plus Minimum age: 35 years Physical capability; no limitations are a problem Employment Details Type: Freelancer (contract basis) Start: Spring 2022 Location: Switzerland or Liechtenstein Compensation: Statutory mileage allowance, hourly rate (as agreed), or flat rate per activity.
