Please Note: This is a commission-only role with no salary. The position is based in Dubai, and relocation is required. Key Responsibilities Research Dubai's market using data-driven tools to stay updated and credible. Identify and cultivate leads through networking, referrals, social media, and market research. Conduct property viewings and manage negotiations to facilitate sales. Collaborate with our internal sales team regarding hot stock or buyers to boost productivity. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and transactions on our CRM system. Requirements Previous experience in real estate brokerage, car sales, or recruitment is preferred; experienced sales professionals from other industries are also welcome to transition into real estate. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a sales-driven attitude and rapport-building ability. A valid driver’s license is essential.
