With a focus on quality, performance, and customer satisfaction, we are rapidly expanding our operations and seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team.Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in warehouse management, inventory control, and team leadership.Responsibilities: Oversee all warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, storing, and order fulfilment.Ensure efficient and organized workflow within the warehouse.Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures.Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate stock levels.Manage stock rotation and minimize excess inventory.Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills.Implement and enforce quality control standards for incoming and outgoing shipments.Address and resolve any quality issues in collaboration with relevant departments.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.Conduct regular safety training sessions for warehouse staff.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of warehouse activities.Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.Proven experience in warehouse management (minimum 5 years).Strong knowledge of inventory management and control practices.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Effective communication and leadership skills.Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software. #J-18808-Ljbffr
