In this role, you will: Serve as a lead facilitator for private equity and financial modeling classroom training sessions.Help students and professionals master the skills and insights necessary to excel in their finance careers.Enhance your presentation and public speaking skills, expand your professional network, and establish yourself as a thought leader in the financial services industry.The ideal candidate has significant experience in investment banking and private equity, paired with a passion for teaching and knowledge-sharing.Key Responsibilities Deliver live in-person and virtual training seminars to corporate, undergraduate, and MBA clients, including: Investment banks, private equity firms, and corporate clients.Top-tier business schools and professional development programs.Collaborate on curriculum development, including: Editing and updating training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy.Developing new course content tailored to client needs.Provide personalized mentorship through one-on-one tutoring sessions.Complete WSP’s Train-the-Trainer Program, a structured professional development initiative for new instructors.What We Are Looking For Experience: Minimum 2+ years of investment banking experience at a bulge bracket firm.Minimum 2+ years of private equity experience at a leading firm.Education: MBA from a top business school preferred but not required.Skills & Passion: Strong accounting, financial modeling, and Excel expertise.A genuine passion for teaching and mentoring.Availability: Commitment to approximately 40 training days per year, with additional availability during: Summer months (May–September): Monday–Friday availability is highly desirable.Fall and Spring semesters: Weekday and weekend availability is highly desirable.Ability to conduct week-long or multi-week seminars is highly desirable.Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally.Compensation: Highly competitive daily rate.All travel and accommodation expenses covered by WSP.Paid professional development through WSP’s Train-the-Trainer Program.Opportunities to deepen your expertise in corporate finance, M&A, and valuation modeling.Expand your professional network across top-tier finance institutions.Develop exceptional public speaking and presentation skills.Join an energetic, entrepreneurial-minded team that values collaboration and innovation.Equal Opportunity Employer Wall Street Prep is committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace.
