Head of Open Finance - Leading KSA bank

The client is one of the leading banks in KSA with a strong corporate and retail presence across the country.Responsibilities: Strategy and Business Development: Define and execute a comprehensive strategy for the bank's Open Finance Division, ensuring alignment with the bank's overall objectives.P&L and Commercial Focus: Take full ownership of the division's P&L, driving revenue generation, cost optimisation, and profitability.Product and Technology Management: Oversee the creation, management, and delivery of APIs, micro services, and other Open Finance offerings, ensuring they meet client needs and are market-ready.Market Engagement and Partnerships: Establish strong relationships with Fin Techs, NBFIs, and other potential clients, understanding their needs and aligning the bank's offerings to meet those requirements.Scaling and Growth: Scale the Open Finance business line by expanding the product portfolio, increasing client adoption, and driving operational efficiency.Team and Stakeholder Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing Open Finance team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.Qualifications: Visionary Leader: Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution, able to balance long-term goals with immediate deliverables.Open Finance Expert: Deep understanding of the Open Finance ecosystem, including APIs, microservices, and digital platforms.Commercial Acumen: Proven experience in developing and managing a business line with full P&L responsibility.Fin Tech Savvy: Familiarity with the needs and behaviours of Fin Techs, NBFIs, and other B2B clients who leverage Open Finance solutions.Technologically Adept: Experience working with IT and digital teams to develop and deliver APIs, platforms, and services at scale.Communication Mastery: Exceptional leadership and executive communication skills, capable of influencing and aligning senior stakeholders.Experienced: 12+ years in financial services, with at least 5 years in Baa S, Open Banking, or similar domains.Business and Technology Balance: Strong background in both business development and technology delivery, with a focus on commercialisation.Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of banking and financial services, including regulatory requirements and industry trends. #J-18808-Ljbffr
