Providing an elevated level of customer service by assisting customers, addressing their questions, and resolving any issues, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in monitoring staff performance, providing training and guidance when needed.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales objectives by implementing sales strategies, monitoring key sales KPIs, and driving Omni channel sales in a fast-paced environment using all available tools and technology;Support the Store Manager in guiding the team to meet commercial targets, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold qualitative standards;Participate actively in the sales process by providing detailed product information, suggesting complementary items, and supporting up-selling and cross-selling strategies;Enhance customer satisfaction and build strong relationships by listening to customer feedback, creating personalized experiences, and ensuring clients are registered on the Golden App for effective segmentation;Manage clienteling activities in coordination with the CRM department;Act as a brand ambassador, conveying the brand’s vision and heritage to colleagues and clients, and sharing insights about iconic products;Contribute to store presentation by maintaining visual standards and product displays to boost sales;Support the Store Manager and inspire the team through follow-up after trainings on brand, products, operations, and soft skills;Ensure staff grooming, professionalism, and preparedness regarding product and brand identity;Assist in staffing processes, ensuring recruits meet company standards;Supervise store activities to ensure operational efficiency and achievement of objectives, focusing on SOPs;Ensure compliance with corporate rules, governance, GDPR, and Health & Safety regulations;Manage stock and backroom operations effectively, including receiving, transferring, stock taking, and reporting;Utilize and train staff on digital tools like Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, and Stealth.KEY REQUIREMENTSFluency in English; additional languages are a plus.Experience in retail, preferably in a similar role.Strong communication skills and active listening.Problem-solving ability to evaluate issues and make decisions.Team player with collaborative spirit.Effective time management and task prioritization skills.Location: Dubai We are an equal opportunity employer and believe in the strength of diversity.
