Who are we looking for? The projected growth of Taaleem will offer a broad range of exciting opportunities in the coming years.You will have: Education: Master's degree or NPQSL/NPQH, teaching certification, principal/educational management qualification Experience: Experience in a large school setting (2000+ primary students); at least 5 years in a senior leadership role responsible for managing a team, curriculum decisions, inspection procedures, and working with parents.Knowledge of US curriculum standards, IB PYP, and familiarity with the UAE context would be advantageous.Experience in leading high-performing teams and managing stakeholder relationships.Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.Able to drive improvements by motivating staff and taking them along in the change process.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is a platform connecting jobseekers and employers.
