Diploma, Bachelor of Technology/Engineering Nationality Indian Any Vacancy1 Vacancy Job Description Ducast Factory LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Officer -Warehouse/ Store In-Charge to manage and oversee store operations, inventory, and procurement processes efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of the store by maintaining accurate stock records, optimizing inventory levels, and coordinating with various departments to meet operational requirements.Desired Candidate Profile Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the foundry store, ensuring smooth workflow and organization.Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, and conduct periodic stock audits.Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, tools, and consumables essential for production.Coordinate with suppliers, negotiate pricing, and manage purchase orders effectively.Implement efficient inventory management systems to minimize wastage and optimize stock levels.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper storage of materials.Prepare reports on stock movements, usage, and procurement activities for management review.Collaborate with production, quality control, and finance teams to align inventory with operational needs.Supervise and train store staff to ensure smooth store functioning.Identify and resolve any discrepancies in stock and take corrective actions as necessary.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory management, preferably in a foundry or manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and ERP software.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Knowledge of foundry materials and processes is an added advantage.If you are a skilled Executive Officer -Warehouse/ Store In-Charge looking for a new opportunity, we encourage you to apply for this position.
