Description

Role Overview Plan and execute sales strategies with Key Accounts (Distributors, OR, IR, resellers, Trade).Achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual market share and sales targets.Support decision-making by senior management on sales and service strategies through market inputs and customer feedback.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts at all levels.Identify client requirements and develop solutions to overcome sales barriers.Maintain appropriate inventory levels to support sales plans.Regularly inform potential clients about new products and pricing updates.Manage and implement situational pricing and ensure consistency across online channels.Collaborate with local teams for successful product launches and regional campaigns.Plan weekly stock allocation per account.Oversee inventory management.Provide team leadership and guidance.Required Experience15+ years of experience in a similar role within the industry, with knowledge of UAE and/or GCC markets.Background in Consumer Electronics is essential, with a preference for TV experience.Proven B2C sales experience.Strong management and leadership skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
