Job Description:


• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.

• Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling

• Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges

• Assisting customers with queries or offering deals on financial products such as pensions, loans, mortgages, tax, investments and insurance

• Ensuring customer queries are answered to their satisfaction
