Warehouse Manager

Warehouse Operations Manager Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency — with customer satisfaction as the primary goal.Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods.Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory.Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service.Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with work health & safety DM regulations.Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.CORE COMPETENCIESExcellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff.Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal.Detail oriented.Must be able to observe situations and make appropriate responses.Handles the physical demands of the job, including standing and walking for most of the shift, bending, climbing, and lifting.Must be able to work with speed.Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate: Al Quoz: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred).Experience: Warehouse management role: 1 year (Preferred). #J-18808-Ljbffr
