Product Designer (UI/UX)

About the Role We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer with strong UI/UX expertise to design user-centric digital products across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of product thinking, design systems, and accessibility standards while collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end product design: from user research, wireframes, and prototypes to final UI designs.Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.Create and maintain scalable design systems (components, tokens, guidelines) ensuring consistency across platforms.Design responsive, mobile-first applications with pixel-perfect attention to detail.Craft engaging dashboards, analytical views, and data-driven interfaces with strong typography and layout balance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Marketing) to ensure smooth implementation of designs.Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into iterative design improvements.Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards for inclusive design.Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).3–5 years of experience designing for web and mobile applications.Proven expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, and design thinking methodologies.Experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries.Familiarity with WCAG accessibility guidelines and best practices for inclusive design.Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions.Preferred Skills Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development (not mandatory, but a plus).Ability to work on data-heavy products, dashboards, and enterprise Saa S interfaces.Exposure to motion design, micro-interactions, and prototyping tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr
