Base pay range We have an urgent requirement for Support & Maintenance Engineer (CIAM & IBM Identity Security Access Manager) in the BFSI domain for a banking client in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Must-have experience: IBM Identity and Security Management products like ISAM, IBM Verify, Tivoli, etc. Hands-on experience with CIAM and IBM Identity Security Access Manager (ISAM/IBM Verify) Experience with Identity Management, Access Management, Directory Services, and Security Directory Integrator Implementation experience of API Protection, Microservices Security, and advanced access control technologies such as OAuth, JWT, SAML, XACML, OTP, and MMFA Experience in the BFSI domain Role Purpose: The incumbent will review business requirements, liaise with internal/external parties, evaluate solutions, and oversee project activities to ensure standards are met. Key Responsibilities: Handle customization, development, installation, and configuration of CIAM and IBM IAM solutions. Coordinate with vendors for installation, configuration, deployment, and integration of solutions with digital channels. Manage change requests and tickets, prepare project documents, gather requirements, support UAT, and assist in go-live activities. Support business users and escalate issues as needed. Track and resolve incidents, ensure compliance with standards, and complete assigned tasks efficiently. Support post go-live activities and releases. Technical Skills & Competencies: Deep technical knowledge of CIAM and IBM IAM products and related technologies. Experience with security domains, API security, and Dev Ops integration. Proficiency in web technologies and API building (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, Java Script, React, Node.js, Angular JS, HTML, CSS).
