Join our Team About this opportunity: We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Account Manager to lead business development, build & manage relationships with key stakeholders, and drive growth across targeted vertical industries (Oil & Gas, Transportation & Logistics, others). This role requires a strategic and consultative approach, with deep expertise in B2B sales, complex enterprise buying cycles, and industry-specific dynamics. The ideal candidate excels at building trusted relationships, uncovering client needs, and delivering tailored solutions that create long-term value and drive sustainable revenue growth. What you will do: Business Development & Sales Develop new B2B opportunities within targeted vertical industries. Build and execute go-to-market strategies for enterprise-level clients. Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, customer success) to deliver compelling proposals and presentations. Account Management & Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with relevant stakeholders. Understand customers' business needs and industry challenges to recommend tailored solutions with support of internal teams. Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth. The skills you bring: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus). 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably with enterprise/industry vertical clients within the ICT industry or within the industry verticals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative selling approach. Your ability to enable teamwork and collaboration will be needed. Ability to navigate large organizational structures and influence cross-functional teams.
