MEP Supervisor - Maintenance

Job Description The MEP Supervisor - Maintenance is responsible for supervising and coordinating the preventive and corrective maintenance activities of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within a Camp Management facility. The role ensures systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulations and manufacturer guidelines. Duties & Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of MEP systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.Conduct regular inspections and assessments of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to identify maintenance needs.Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff, delegating tasks efficiently to enhance productivity and service quality.Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.Manage inventory and procurement of maintenance supplies, ensuring availability of essential tools and materials.Prepare and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status for reporting purposes.Collaborate with project managers and contractors to facilitate smooth integration of MEP systems in new projects.Respond promptly to emergency repairs and service requests, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering; relevant certifications are a plus.Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in MEP maintenance roles, preferably within commercial or industrial sectors.Proven track record of managing maintenance teams, demonstrating leadership and decision-making abilities.Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing, with the ability to troubleshoot effectively.Certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical maintenance is highly desirable, showcasing specialized skills.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate clear instructions and reporting.Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues quickly.Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
