Job Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances to ensure optimal functionality.Conduct thorough inspections of plumbing systems to identify leaks, clogs, and other issues, providing detailed reports and recommendations for corrective actions.Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.Collaborate with other facility management teams to coordinate plumbing work in ongoing projects and ensure minimal disruption to operations.Manage inventory of plumbing supplies and materials, ensuring timely procurement to maintain efficient workflow.Respond promptly to service requests from building occupants, demonstrating excellent customer service and communication skills.Utilize plumbing diagnostic tools and technology to troubleshoot complex plumbing issues effectively.Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job for reporting and billing purposes.Ensure all plumbing work meets safety standards and best practices, promoting a safe environment for staff and occupants. Desired Candidate Profile High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for additional vocational training in plumbing or facilities management.Valid plumbing license or certification in accordance with local regulations, demonstrating recognized expertise in the field.Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in commercial or industrial plumbing within facilities management.Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus, especially for multicultural environments.Strong technical skills in plumbing systems, including knowledge of installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.
