Job Description We are seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team, specializing in the sale of cutting-edge ICT and Physical Security solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in solution-based selling, who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.As a Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored technology solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.Key Responsibilities: Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories or verticals.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on ICT and Physical Security needs.Solution Selling: Understand customer requirements and present customized solutions encompassing ICT infrastructure, cybersecurity, surveillance systems, access control, and other integrated technologies.Market Development: Identify and pursue new market opportunities through networking, industry events, and market research.Sales Cycle and Account Management: Manage the entire sales process in sales accounts from lead generation to closing, including proposals, contract negotiations, and after-sales support.Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, product managers, and service delivery units to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast data using CRM tools, providing regular reports to management.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field with industry certifications.Minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience in ICT and/or Physical Security sectors.Deep understanding of ICT infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, surveillance systems, and integrated security technologies.Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand complex client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.Proven ability to develop strategic client relationships and close high-value deals.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
