Your responsibilities include: Leading by example and representing the brand's values and philosophy.Defining, executing, and monitoring the store action plan to meet sales targets and KPIs.Managing customer relationships and creating sales opportunities.Staying updated on trends, products, and competitors, sharing feedback with relevant teams.Leveraging all sales channels, online and offline.Providing a clear vision to the team regarding business goals.Recruiting, developing, and retaining talented staff.Creating a positive work environment based on trust, respect, and fairness.Acting as a coach to promote growth and monitor professional development.Discussing and documenting performance improvement plans.Promoting omnichannel customer experience and clienteling techniques, especially for VIPs.Recruiting new clients and converting them into loyal VIP customers.Ensuring compliance with sales and operational policies.Processing e-commerce orders efficiently.Utilizing available technology tools to enhance customer experience.Maintaining operational standards, including stock replenishment and store displays.Ensuring compliance with legal, safety, security, and HR guidelines.Analyzing traffic data to ensure adequate floor coverage.What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in store or retail management, preferably in luxury or premium retail.Self-motivated with results-driven and people development skills.Strong leadership abilities.Commercial acumen with a customer-first approach.Ability to interpret store data and metrics effectively.What we can offer you We will support your growth through enriching experiences, learning opportunities, and internal mobility.
