Description

Ø Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.Ø Responsible for inviting tenders from suppliers for raw materials pertaining to Bakery, Restaurant & Coffee shop.Ø Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works.Ø Maintain complete updated purchasing records and pricing in the system.Ø Make sure that all items being purchased should have minimum 6 months shelf life.Ø Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties.Ø Periodic negotiation with suppliers for best purchasing package.Ø Support relevant departments with quotations according to the necessity.Ø Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.Ø Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and other documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.Ø Monitor and coordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items delivered to the warehouse and production areas on time.Ø Planning and execution of monthly inventory.Ø Assist in managing and following up of overseas deliveries.Ø Plan and manage inventory levels of products.Ø Proper documentation to be done in accordance with the HACCP & ISO 21000.Job Type : Full-time Application Question(s) : How soon can Join?Education : Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience : Purchasing : 3 years (Preferred)This job has been sourced from an external job board.More jobs on https :
