What will I be doing? As a Gym Manager, you are responsible for managing the operations of the fitness area of the health club to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. You will also manage team members and handle customer feedback. Specifically, your tasks will include: Managing operations of the fitness areas of the health club Managing team members to ensure high motivation, quality service, and ongoing development Managing customer feedback to ensure continuous service and program improvement Ensuring friendly and personalized service from all fitness instructors Assisting the Health Club Manager with recruiting, managing, training, and developing the team Responding to audits to achieve continual improvement Managing staff performance issues in compliance with company policies and procedures Maintaining awareness of department security related to cash, stock, and equipment, and ensuring all procedures are followed Ensuring health, safety, and COSHH regulations are complied with and club rules are observed by members, clients, and guests What are we looking for?
