Pre-Commissioning Specialist

Saipem is a global leader in engineering services for the design, construction, and operation of complex infrastructures and plants in the energy sector, both offshore and onshore.With our five business lines - Asset Based Services, Energy Carriers, Offshore Wind, Sustainable Infrastructures, Robotics & Industrialized Solutions - we are One Company present in around 60 countries with over 30,000 employees of more than 130 nationalities, providing the world with the innovative excellence of our people and partners for over 65 years.Job Mission: Be responsible for technical aspects related to pipeline Hydrotesting and Pre-commissioning activities.Supervise the Hydrotesting and Pre-commissioning subcontractors and coordinate these specific work scopes.Job Responsibilities: Report to the Hydrotesting and Pre-commissioning Lead or the responsible project or bid organization.Develop technical documentation related to Hydrotesting and Pre-commissioning activities as defined by bid or project requirements.Create operational schedules for Hydrotesting and Pre-commissioning operations in coordination with other engineering functions.Perform calculations and verifications to ensure proper selection of materials, consumables, and equipment for Hydrotesting and Pre-commissioning.Design temporary items for Hydrotesting and Pre-commissioning operations and oversee their fabrication.Evaluate technical and commercial proposals from subcontractors and issue Technical Bid Evaluations (TBEs) to procurement for final selection.Attend internal and client meetings to discuss technical aspects of Hydrotesting and Pre-commissioning activities.Notify the direct supervisor and Project Manager of any issues encountered with engineering areas.Supervise subcontractors during engineering and execution phases of Hydrotesting and Pre-commissioning.Monitor on-site Hydrotesting and Pre-commissioning activities for both onshore and offshore pipeline projects.How to Apply: If you are ready to take on this challenging role and contribute to Saipem's project successes, please submit your CV by clicking the link below.
