Job Summary We are looking for a Head of ITSM who will be responsible for leading the IT Service Management team, focusing on continual service improvement, capability building, productivity, creativity, and efficiency. Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities Manage helpdesk functions including remote desktop management, Professional Support Services Level 1 and Level 2 support, such as Treasury/Dealing Room Support, CBFS Brokerage Support, Cable Management, Windows Patch Management, Vulnerability remediation, and standard technology service requests.Oversee IT Incident and Problem Management processes, managing incidents and problems, especially P1 and P2 priorities. Lead response to high-priority incidents and crises, coordinate incident resolution, and investigate root causes within the company's Problem Management process.Serve as the main escalation point for NOC team tasks.Develop, implement, and manage technology change management processes, documentation, and procedures.Develop, implement, and manage Asset Management processes. Key Competencies Data center operations & management Technical & End User Documentation Change & Release Management Leadership Skills Critical thinking Qualifications and Experience Required Qualifications: BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.ITIL Certification.Required Experience: 7+ years of experience in Technology roles.
