Oil and Gas Process Safety Expert

Process Safety Designer This role is responsible for developing and implementing process safety strategies to ensure a safe working environment within the oil and gas industry.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering design, with experience in drafting and designing process safety-related systems. They will be responsible for evaluating designs for compliance with industry standards and relevant international codes.Develop and implement process safety strategies to minimize risks and hazards within the oil and gas industry.Evaluate designs for compliance with ADNOC standards and relevant international codes.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication.Revise and update drawings based on engineering reviews and client comments.Key Qualifications: Diploma or equivalent technical qualification in Engineering Design or Drafting.Minimum 8 years of experience in drafting/design for process safety within the oil and gas industry.Strong experience in FEED Detailed Design and Detailed Engineering for onshore oil and gas projects.Proficient in Auto CAD and other drafting/design software.Familiar with ADNOC and international standards (e.g. NFPA IEC API).Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and good communication and coordination skills.
