Supervise long-, medium-, and short-term maintenance action plans to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with relevant regulations and standards."
Oversee the development and implementation of maintenance strategies and forecasting for various timeframes, taking into account operational and labor constraints."
Verify compliance with CAMO regulations, operational demands, and quality standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary."
Manage ad-hoc maintenance requirements to reduce AOG occurrences and maintain a high level of corporate image."
Plan and execute maintenance activities to maximize utilization and minimize costs, considering operational and labor constraints."
Oversee systems for tracking aircraft hours and cycles, ensuring timely and accurate updates of data, documentation, manuals, and certifications."
Maintain systems for preparing and archiving work packages and job cards for the fleet and third-party aircraft."
Ensure cost-effective utilization of resources, systems, and tools, staying up-to-date with the latest technology and innovations."
Review warranty documents issued by OEMs and vendors, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing changes as necessary."
Maintain a database of service contracts and warranties, ensuring warranty claims are properly managed and settled in a timely manner."
Coordinate with warranty teams, finance, and workgroups to build successful warranty claims and settlements, negotiating with suppliers for FOC replacements when possible."
Identify high-value consumables for warranty remedies and negotiate with suppliers for FOC replacements, staying up-to-date with the latest technical and contractual knowledge."
Monitor warranty performance, ensuring timely claims and settlements, and providing leadership, coaching, and development for team members."

Qualifications and Experience"
A minimum bachelor's degree in Aircraft, Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent, is required."
10+ years of experience in the aviation industry, with at least 5 years in aircraft maintenance planning, technical records, or warranties, preferably with Airbus A320 experience.")},
