Expert Financial Planner

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Expert Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze annual budgets, latest estimates, and R&Os for P&L and cash.Review monthly P&L actuals, cash actuals reporting, and ensure alignment with the latest forecasts.Analyze/review customer and brand P&Ls based on forecast to meet financial objectives.Monitor receivables and payables in comparison to forecasts.Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the efficiency of the financial planning process, accuracy, and assumptions that underpin forecasts.Identify potential risks, gaps, and trends from the financial data and propose corrective actions.Work closely with the supply chain team to deliver budgeted business targets.Develop a good understanding of internal and external reporting tools, own, and drive improvements in the tools and processes.Suggest and drive implementation of cash monitoring improvements to ensure forecast accuracy and agility.Support and provide inputs in the pricing process.Qualifications and Skills Requirements: Hold a relevant accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).Post-qualified experience in FP&A roles.Degree-educated with strong analytical problem-solving skills.Proficient in MS Office tools with mastery in Excel.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work with tight deadlines.Strong ethical framework and personal integrity.Required Experience: Manager
