Senior Workplace Safety Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Safety Professional to lead our workplace safety initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive safety policies and procedures.Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.Collaborate with management to develop strategies for maintaining compliance with UAE safety regulations and standards.Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and provide recommendations for improvement.Provide training and education to employees on safety protocols and best practices.Maintain accurate safety records and prepare reports as needed.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a safety-related role in the UAE.Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations and standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
