Perfumery Specialist: Fragrance Creation and Development

This role will be based in Dubai, working 5 days a week, with an open contract arrangement and processed through a third-party partner.The ideal candidate will possess a can-do mindset, excellent time management skills, and the ability to adapt to daily laboratory work surrounded by constant smell of raw materials.Key responsibilities include: Executing the entire compounding process with precision Optimizing sampling processes efficiently and cost-effectively Removing expired raw materials from inventory Ensuring the quality of raw materials meets industry standards Maintaining strict compliance to safety norms and practices within the laboratory Collaborating as an active team player with an open mind for continuous improvement processes Our company culture values diversity, innovation, and collaboration, offering excellent opportunities for progressive learning and development in a creative team environment.
