This position requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, along with a deep understanding of the wellness, eatery, and retreat industry.Main Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, existing and potential, to provide personalized recommendations and information about services, therapists, and offerings.Sales Promotion: Proactively promote and sell wellness, eatery, and retreat services to individuals, groups, and corporate clients.Appointment Scheduling: Schedule therapist appointments efficiently, ensuring a seamless booking process.Service Knowledge: Stay updated on services, therapies, and treatments offered at the establishment.Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special offers, events, and packages.Administrative Tasks: Manage and report on cash and credit card transactions accurately, following established procedures for handling payments and financial records.Requirements: Professionalism & Reliability: MUST be highly professional, reliable, and flexible with hours.Sales Experience: MUST have a minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, particularly in cold calling.Industry Knowledge: MUST have experience in the wellness industry.About Us: We are committed to providing an exceptional customer experience, promoting holistic well-being, and delivering outstanding services.
