Full Stack Application Testing Specialist

Job Title: Full Stack Application Testing Specialist Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to ensure the seamless performance of our CRM solution.We're looking for an experienced professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to work in a dynamic Dubai environment.Key Responsibilities: Backend Testing (Laravel, PHP): Write and execute unit and integration tests using PHPUnit and Laravel testing tools.Perform API testing using Postman and automate API tests using tools like Newman or REST Assured.Validate database operations and backend logic.Frontend Testing: Conduct unit and integration testing of components using Vue Test Utils and Jest.Perform end-to-end testing using Cypress or Laravel Dusk to simulate real-world user interactions.Validate UI/UX elements for responsiveness, functionality, and compatibility.Cross-Browser and Cross-Device Testing: Ensure compatibility across browsers and devices using Browser Stack or Sauce Labs.Automated Testing: Develop and maintain automated test scripts for repetitive and critical workflows.Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI/CD, or Jenkins.Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.Collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution of issues.Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test reports.Provide regular updates to stakeholders on test progress and quality metrics.Requirements: Qualifications: Technical Skills: Proficiency in testing applications built on Laravel, PHP, and My SQL.Hands-on experience with tools like PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, Cypress, Postman, JMeter, and Browser Stack.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests.Experience: 3+ years of experience in software testing (manual and automated).Proven track record of testing web applications or CRM solutions.Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Preferred: Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience with testing tools like Test Rail or other test case management platforms.Benefits: Opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment.Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.
